Heya! I realized it's been half a year since this supposed review I promised for the BBZ Ice Cream flavors, but it's always better late than never ᕳ(ʘ ヮ ʘლ so a quick recap, these are more than just your average ice cream tubs that come with quirky labels, they're alcohol infused with some flavors having a stronger 'kick' than the others, so it's best we start off on a lighter note yeah?

Prettier in Pink

I wasn't kidding when I implied it'd probably be best to ween you off of the usual vanilla you're used to, so this flavor is a last ditch effort to get over boring mode-- in 'Pink vanilla with blueberries' with absolutely ZERO alcohol infusion. On the bright side, if your kids ever catch you with a tub of this and would want a taste, the adult version flavors will continue to remain a best kept secret. ヾ(๑❛ ▿ ◠๑ )

French Kiss

Talking of adult versions, this particular 'French vanilla with strawberries soaked in wine' flavor though doesn't come much up to par if we're gonna talk about anything alcohol infused. It's the fledgling trying to find its wings in this sophisticated entourage, but even then, it might still be a favorite for some who want to start on the safe side of this creamy journey.

It's Not You, It's Me

Might really be the case as it didn't help much in being a pick-me-up when I was under the weather when I ate this. Although I'm starting to see a pattern that maybe fruits alongside the alcohol just ain't doing it for me, with its 'Banana & strawberry ice cream infused with Bacardi rum, roasted walnuts and chocolate sauce', all I remember tasting is something more banana than the latter, which could have ended up tasting like a sort of banana split sundae but ultimately didn't go well alongside the rum. Up side here is that the alcohol infusion is a lot more stronger than our previous wine-soaked ice cream, but the overall more fruity combination (with barely-there walnuts and chocolate sauce) just fell short for me.
3/5 ⭐ (me giving the rum an extra point here despite being somewhat overwhelmed with all the fruits and a lackluster performance of the sauce and nuts on the side)

He Said, She Said

I'm definitely saying something here, hell I'm preaching! We've got 'Strawberry ice cream infused with Tequila, with strawberry filled chocolate kisses', but forget everything about the strawberries in this sentence and thank god the chocolate finally managed to save the tub day! Although I guess the single fruit base flavor here did end up being a perfect contrast to the amount of kisses that I could scoop up in one spoonful, which makes this an even more perfect treat made for Valentine's Day! (⋆ ˆ3ˆ)♥.♡

Seoul Mate

It's official, picking a single fruit base flavor for these alcohol infusions are a sure win! With 'Peach Yakult infused with Soju and peach bits' being a creative combination, although a single Soju bottle ain't much in terms of alcohol for me (if 3 bottles of different flavors is a minimum to get me slightly buzzy), this was still a feel-good tub for me as it reminded me of having a cold glass of mango float during a summer breeze.
4/5 ⭐ (wouldn't be able to choose between this and the previous strawberry one since they can be special for different occasions-- chocolate strawberries for a romantic night versus floaty peaches on a summer getaway)

Out and Proud

If you ever questioned how Skittles would be the equivalent of tasting the rainbow, as their slogan goes, then here's this ice cream flavor that's sure to give them a run for their money-- 'Cake batter infused with Amaretto liqueur, with soft cake bits and candy sprinkles' literally takes the whole cake AND the rainbow that'll come with it, complete with the feeling of having a fluffy cloud in your mouth as you slide down to a pot of nope, not leprechaun gold candied jewels!
4.5/5 ⭐ (only missed by a 'lil point 'cuz this tub can get just a little too sweet if eaten in one sitting or not shared with your special other, sure you can still taste the Amaretto, but it wasn't enough for me as a contrast, still those soft bits of FLUFFY cake are no joke!)

I'm Single, Let's Mingle

Temptingly good but a dangerous catch, definitely not something for the first timers of alcohol infused ice cream as this 'Belgian dark chocolate infused with Tomatin single malt whisky, Ghirardelli mint chocolates and roasted pecan bits' will have you smoking through your noses! Maybe it was the mint bits that I thought was barely there, maybe it was entirely the whisky, or the combination of both, but I think the cacophony of flavors you'd have with this tub will be enough to get you through the first bittersweet spoonful. Caution: Might get you feeling literally drunk. You've been warned.

Who's Your Daddy Now

Comes with no question mark as you will surely get owned by this tub of 'Dark chocolate infused with bourbon and brownie bits', don't shy away from what you'd expect to be a bitter dessert as this ice cream flavor will make you all the more curious to dig in for its perfect combination of sweet and chewy brownies!
5/5 ⭐ (easier to handle than our previous Tomatin single malt whisky, the bourbon went hella well with this dark chocolate flavor but what really had me scooping for more was its soft yet chewy brownie bits!)

So even if some of their ice cream flavors were more "Meh" than "Mmmh!", the best ones were fulfilling and outweighed it enough to make it an overall great experience!
